You will not be able to sign-in with the username and password you used on our old website. To maintain user security, we didn't transfer your username and password. Your browser may have stored the username and password for our old website, but it will not log you into this site.
You need to create a new user account (sign-in). It usually can be the same username you had before. Having an account (sign-in) and signing in will allow you to save your cart, review order history and request return authorizations. As a previous Advantage Emblem customer, you will need your customer number and bill to zip code to create an account (sign-in).

If you have a customer number other than WEBCUST, it is recommended that you create an account prior to ordering.
You will need you customer number and bill to zip code to create an account. Your customer number is on the left side of your invoice, below the Sold To address. The Customer Number and the bill to zip code are highlighted below. Your customer number is not on a packing slip.
If you don't have an invoice, please call us at 1-800-626-4948 between 8 a.m. & 5 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Your customer number is the same for on-line orders as it is for phone, fax or mail orders.
If your customer number is WEBCUST or you are a new customer, simply place your order and create a new account at checkout. New customers that create an account (sign-in) at check-out are assigned a customer number. The order confirmation email will display your new account number as well as the invoice.
