Because returning patches may put your order into another Mix and Match price category, some returns may be better off as "Even Exchanges" to save you money.

Here are a couple of examples for you:

Scenario 1:

You originally ordered 118 patches at mix-and-match pricing:

118 Patches
Mix and Match pricing for 100-299 patches: $0.89 / patch
Total Order:  $105.02

... now you wish to return 27 patches.

118 - 27 = 91 Patches kept from the original order.

Mix and Match Pricing for 25-99 Patches: $1.04 / patch

New Order Total:  $94.64

.... Since $94.64 is less than $105.02, then returning 27 patches would result in a refund of $10.38.

Scenario 2:

You originally ordered 102 patches at mix and match pricing:

102 Patches
Mix and Match Pricing for 100-299 patches: $0.89 / patch
Total Order: $90.78

... now you wish to return 10 patches.

102 - 10 = 92 Patches kept from the original order.

Mix and Match Pricing for 25-99 Patches: $1.04 / patch

New Order Total: $95.68

.... Since $95.68 is MORE than $90.78, you would actually end up OWING $4.90 for your return.  In this situation, it is certainly better to either keep the patches, or call our toll free number and request an even exchange for patches that you would rather have.
